Delivery Cost?

We offer a next day recorded delivery charge of £5.00 + VAT for small packages being delivered to the mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. If you do not qualify for this delivery option, we charge £10.00 + VAT to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. A Standard Delivery charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to Northern Ireland.

We do also offer a Royal Mail delivery option for very small orders. Please be aware that the package must fit through a regular letterbox to use this service. If this option is available to you, you will be made aware at the point of ordering. We charge £2.00 + VAT for this service. Please be aware that we assume no liability if your order is lost in the post or if it is damaged in transit because this delivery option is not tracked and it is not insured. You will be always be given the option of our standard next day courier service.

If you require a timed delivery, we do offer a pre 10.30 and pre 12.00 service option. These are charged at £25 and £20 pounds respectively. You will be given these options when you place the order.

Please note that next day delivery from point of order is not guaranteed and will be dependent on the item being in stock.

Delivery Time?

We aim for next day delivery. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

Deliveries to Non UK addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, areas of Scotland outside of Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as some isolated parts of England and Wales cannot be delivered next day. These will be delivered on a standard 2 day service.

Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.

Though every effort is made by Headsetsonline & the couriers to achieve next day delivery where applicable, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

Headsetsonline relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.


Who is our courier?

Our courier is DPD Local. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.


Tracking your parcel?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the couriers web site and entering your tracking number in the Consignment Number field. Please follow the instructions on your email.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give DPD your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by DPD or used by any other third party.


If your products have been damaged?

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please complete the return request form for a returns number within 14 days of delivery. You may also contact us on 0330 0020747 Mon-Fri 10.00am - 4.00pm if you need to discuss your return. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
